Kevin Schlosser, Chair of Meyer Suozzi’s Litigation Department, has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation and has won significant victories involving claims of fraud and misrepresentation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants at trial and on appeal. Many of the cases he has won have resulted in leading appellate court decisions. Kevin also represents clients at the transaction stage, structuring contracts and transactional documents to both preserve and avoid claims of fraud. Kevin has served as Chair of the Commercial Litigation Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association and is a member of the Commercial Division Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
